Hi everyone,

Why is "COULD" used in the sentence below?

David, did you know you COULD keep 100% of your rider fares for the entire month of March?

It’s simple; invite just 3 new partners to drive with Uber using your referral code and you’ll qualify when they each complete 1 trip by February 18.

Is it past tense of COULD?
Does it show possibility?
Does it talk about suggestion?
