Coul anyone look at some of the answers?

Hello,Is the 4) based on the usage of "to choose from or between"?In the 7), the four choices have no comma with them, so the question of them is a cause (topic) not a result (conclusion). There is only one result of b). [public opinion in Britain is still quite divided] to the degree in which the European Union is concerned and has to say so.
