Cost-effective

Hi there

I'm wondering if I can write "The company delivers efficient and cost effective solutions".

Doesn't "efficient" already imply that the solutions are cost effective?

Thanks

I'd drop 'efficient' and keep 'cost-effective'. It's a stronger term. Clive
