COST

Hi!
Is this structure correct???

Cost of 1 breakfast: [price] PLN gross per 1 person a day

To me it doesn't look professional...
I need to be sure that the receiver of the offer will know this price is for 1 breakfast. The offer concerns accommodation for a group of people for a period of 6 months. How would you write it?

Thanks,
Kamil

Hi MalRey!
Thank you for your answer.
What about "gross"? I want to be sure they know what price this is? In Poland we write 10 PLN brutto (=gross).

"The price of breakfast is 10 PLN gross per person per day." - is this ok? What are the rules concerning writing types of prices in English?

In the States the base price is stated with the understanding that if there is a tax to be paid it is added at the time you pay.

I don't know what's included and excluded in the term "gross" in Poland. You don't say whether you are in Poland or the U.S. so I will assume Poland. As long as your readers understand the conventions then I suppose "gross per person per day" is acceptable.
