Corrrect tense: [have talked] or [had talked]

I have made up the examples below.

(1a) I have no one to talk to about my anxiety until now. I'm glad I can tell you about it.

(1b) I had no one to talk to about my anxiety until now. I'm glad I can tell you about it.

(1a) I haven't had anyone to talk to about my anxiety until now. I'm glad I can tell you about it.

(1b) I hadn't had anyone to talk to about my anxiety until now. I'm glad I can tell you about it.

Most of my non-native English speaking friends think (1b) and (2b) are correct because you have someone to talk to now. A few of my other friends think (1a) and (2a) are correct the present perfect suggests a change in circumstances.

I am not sure who is correct. Please help me. Thank you very much.
