Then our experts come into action and the assembling of a house can begin. The house is finished after 21 days and ready to move in.



With special equipment we can build 100 wooden houses per year. Complete production is supported with special program Dietrich CAD CAM, this will ensure eliminating eventual mistakes.

Together with our architect, who makes accurate plan of house (scale drawing) and all details, you can make house of dreams. We can also show you new ideas with above mentioned program. As well we have own assembly experts who have high respect to wood and are fond of wood.



Energovit wooden block house constructed until fourth building phase includes: carrying walls, roofing, roof, doors (outside and inside), windows, stairs and heating system with heat pump on air/water.

Completely finished house includes: above-quoted, machine and electrical installations, complete insulation, ceramics, central vacuum cleaning system.

Construction of wooden block house:

· Timbers are rectangular in cross section and have the following dimensions: 40mm to 145mm,

· Wood is protected against vermin and mildews,

· For isolation material we use environment friendly materials – wooden fibers that are sustainable (environment friendly). Biological structure of the wooden block house contributes immensely to internal climate of the residential space and has extremely low factor of heat transfer,

· Internal facade can be made of clay and reeds or of common plaster. They can be recycled and regenerated (second hand material can be reused),

· By order of investor we can cover a roof with thatch (thickness up to 30 cm),
