Are these sentences natural?

No. This is the question the chemist should ask. You could say, 'What medicine do I need?' But before asking the question you would have to tell the chemist the symptoms and your ailment you are suffering from. But why would someone go and tell a chemist about their ailments while they have many doctors around them.
