Correctness of the wording for signs

Hi. How should we word the words in the signs for the following situations? Thank you in advance.

1. (a sign for students to not to come into the teacher's office and stay there when the teacher isn't in) Could a or b or c be correct (or perhaps be appropriate)?

a. You shouldn't be inside when the teacher isn't in.
b. Don't be inside when the teacher isn't in.
c. Please don't come in when the teacher isn't in.

2. (a sign asking students not to touch the props, costumes and/or masks for school plays filed on the shelves) Could a or b be correct (or perhaps be appropriate)?

a. Please don't touch the school property here.
b. Please don't touch the things on the shelves.

1. I would say, more simply, "No entry if the teacher isn't in."
2. (b) sounds better to me.
