Correctly written part of a parting comment?
Hi. Please tell me if this is correct or not. Let's say there is someone who is saying something nice on the final day of work at his workplace. Could this be correct as part of his overall parting comment?
Thank you for being nice and helpful to me when I was here.
If this makes any difference -- what if he was saying what is above three days before the final day of his work at his workplace, could it be correct? Thank you in advance.
