[corrections needed] could you please have a look at what I've written?

Dear Users,

Could you please have a look at the following sentences and help me fix errors, if there are any? Perhaps the whole thing looks a bit too informal?

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to inquire about the possibility of migrating to Canada. If this is not the right place to submit this kind inquiry, I would be grateful if you could inform me where I could submit my queries.

I am a European citizen of 32 years currently residing in China. I am seriously considering migrating to Canada, but I do not know if it is possible. I am also considering going back to university in order to enhance my career opportunities, and Canadian universities seem to be a very good choice. Are there any loans that international students can take?

With kind regards,

XYZ

Yes, you are right. I don't know why I didn't attend to it well. Emotion: smile

Franky12I think it also makes sense without is.
Not if the relative pronoun is used.

I understand that that would be considered as a relative pronoun (?)
