Corrections needed

Background: one staff requested an Inverter in his house for doing office work using laptop and broadband. My boss asked me to find its availability and cost. So below is draft – I would be grateful if you could make necessary corrections. Thank you

Dear Boss,

I have checked couple of local company that provide the Inverter. It cost around NRs 25000 (inclusive of VAT) which gives to six hours back up time after full charge of battery.

This is slightly heavy duty and can also be used for tube light, TV on top of Internet & laptop. There is smaller and cheaper one available but could find anywhere. I spoke with Mr David who knows where to get it. Mr David – please let me know their contact details.

We have three options for using Internet in the event of power cut.

1. UPS
2. Changing the Internet Provider – Wireless to cable Internet
3. Inverter

I recommend to use the UPS as it is available and does cost anything.

If 'David' is the person's first name, do not use it with 'Mr'; in English, that is the language of a child. If you are equals, just use 'David'; if he is your superior, use 'Mr Smith'. UPS is free in your country?!
