Can I say,



  1. He lives in a fishing village. The village is situated at the east coast.



  2. He goes out to the sea in his boat at dawn every day.



  3. He usually brings along his net and some big pails before going out to sea.



  4. He normally comes back from (the) sea at dusk. He is as happy as a king when he has a big catch of fish.



  5. He was happy because he has done a good thing / he did a good job.
