Hi Teo, how are you? You know what in fact I try myself by answering your posts and I want to do this again if you don't mind.

Here is my try:

(a) He stretched and yawned after he had finished his homework.--ok.

(b) She is stepping onto / on / to/ up/ inside the bus.--If you see this action , using present cont. is okay. I only know step offthe bus.

(c) He has wrinkles on his forehead.--ok.

(d) He wrapped a scarf around his neck.--ok

(e) The spider is spinning the web.--ok.

(f) She is revising for her examinations.--ok.

(h) The road was closed in / to the traffic yesterday.--ok.

I wonder how many of them are correct.

I would only add:

"She is stepping onto the bus" (with no hyphen) – fine.

Well, I should have said that "she is getting on the bus" would be much more common!

I also think that if someone insisted on using the more unusual 'stepping' instead of the more common 'getting', they'd also be much more likely to say 'stepping intothe bus'.
