Can I say,

(a) They use a pair of chopsticks to eat rice / food / a meal.

(b) There is a pigeon flying above / on / over the sky.

(c) The plumber is fixing the pipes.

(d) He saw a briefcast on the seat. He thought for a while. After a few seconds, he knew that

it belonged to the tourist who entered the hotel.

(e) After the tourisr paid for the fare of the taxi, he carried the luggages to the hotel.

(f) He came down the taxi with his hands full of luggages.

(g) They visit and wish each other "Merry X'mas".

People sometimes write Xmas, but they don't normally say "Xmas". That's why I changed it to "Merry Christmas".
