(c) The kangaroo uses its tail to balance.
(d) She has bought a pair of new earrings / a new pair of earrings yesterday.
(e) Cats use its tail for communicating and showing / to show emotions.
(f) She was married / marrying to Jimmy. (why do we say "married"?)
(g) Susan did not practise well and therefore / or / until / before she lost the tennis competition.
(h) They are giving away goody bags to the orphans.
