Can I say,

(a) The waiter served the food at / in the restaurant.

(b) I'm very sure that you will enjoy the party as there will be a karaoke session by my father. (what does it mean here, "by"?)

(c) The birthday party will be held at / in the end of this month.

(d) By the time we reached there, it was already crowded by visitors.

(e) Some warning signs were put on / up to warn visitors not to give food to animals.

(f) Last Sunday, my father brought me to Lee's Dental / dental for a check-up.

(g) The shop is holding a closing down sale. (what does it mean? closing down sale?)
