Can I say,

(a) They are having / doing / practising / going for archery every weekend.

(b) She is colouring her lips with / using a lipstick.

(c) A crab has pincers / a pair / 3 pairs of pincers.

(d) He scribbled (on) the table / scribbled something / scribbled flowers ont the table.
He scribbled all over the table.

(e) He covered the blanket because she was cold.
He used the blanket because of the cold weather / the weather was cold.

(f) He is putting the notice.
He is putting on /up the notice on the noticeboard.

(g) He sat at / beside the campfire.

(h) She wears a pigtails / wears hair in /on the two pigtails.

(a) "They are practising archery every weekend." As an American, I would say "practicing."

(b) "She is using lipstick," without the indefinite article "a."

(c) "A crab has a pair of pincers," because they do.

(d) You may say all of them depending on what you mean - general, specific, a small area
