Can i say,

(a) Ali, please borrow me your pencil.

(b) Susan buys (a pair of)clogs for mother.

Susan buys a new pair of clogs to the mother.

(c) Susan has a flower, it is red. (Is there a sentence or 2 sentences? How do I identify?)

(d) The thirty apples are in the basket.

(e) She has one old black computer.

(f) Please may I have a ruler?

(a) She has an old and black computer. - if you were talking about two different colours, you would need "and" between them, but I would never put it here in this sentenc
