Can I say,

He went to a shop that named "Ramesh's Shop".

(b) There have / is / are many variety of sarees.

(c) There was many variety of sarees can choose from the shop. She didn't have any new

sarees / saree to wear.

(d) She went to the counter to pay money for buying clothes.

(e) She saw there were many variety of sarees.

I would have left "saree" in the plural after many varieties... "Saree" is countable, isn't it? (Unless it's not what I think it is

Hi,

Many varieties of saree. Many varieties of sarees.

You'll hear it both ways. In #1, the singular word shows the speaker is thinking of it as 'a type' (of clothing, in this case).
