Can I say,

(1) He is writing a letter.
(2) He is good in / at climbing (the tree).
(3) The lawyer is talking to / with his client.
(4) She sang in / at the concert.
(5) She does laundry every day.
(6) He is winding the clock.

(1) He is writing a letter.  [Y]
(2) He is good at climbing (the tree).
(3) The lawyer is talking to his client. (With is also possible but it's a bit informal.)
(4) She sang at the concert. 
(5) She does the laundry every day.  [Y]
(6) He is winding the clock.  [Y]
