Can I say,

(1) An elephant is the biggest animal on land / on the land.

(2) He is studying because tomorrow he has / will have / had an examination.

(3) His father bought tickets for /to his family to watch a magic show.

(4) The policeman summonsed the man because the man was speeding.

(5) He practises the guitar.

(6) He loves to watch / watching television.

(7) The thief crept / crept through the window.

(8) They are attending a meeting.

(9) She rocks the baby in the cradle.

(10) The man was very tired because just now he worked.

(1) An elephant is the biggest animal on land / on the land. -- Acceptable, but I would prefer to say "The elephant is the biggest land animal".

(2) He is studying because tomorrow he has an examination. -- "will have" is not impossible, but it's not as natural as "has". "had" is wrong (you ought to know that!)

You can, but it doesn't mean that he was tired because he had been working (which I'm guessing is what you think it means). It means that he didn't enjoy his work because he had been doing it for too long (for many years, say).
