Can I say,

(a) He get a book from his lovely father.

(b) He was cycling and whistling on his way to the playground.

His parents reminded him to be careful when he was riding the bike.

when he rode it, his parents reminded him must be careful (on the road)

(c) He lost control of his bike and fell down from the slope.

He turned into the slope and fell off.

(d) They came to see what was happened.

They told their parents of what was happened / had happened just now.

He told what was happened to his mother

(e) His father treated his wound with lotion.

His father treated him with medicine wound.

(f) He apologised to his parents for his careless.

(g) He promised that he would be more careful when riding a bike.

He promised he won't do it again.

a) why can't I use lovely faher?-- 'Lovely' is not a masculine characteristic

(c) what is fell down the slope?) -- A slope is a hill-- you either go up or down it.

("turned down / turned up", what does it mean?-- Turn (the bicycle's direction of movement) down/up [the slope]
