Correction required in "Experience Letter"

Hi

Could you please tell me if the following "Experience Letter" sounds OK to your native ears? Any suggestions are welcome.

To Whom It May Concern

This is to certify that Mr. Azim Tariq, bearing passport number ********, has worked in this organisation in the following capacities.

English teacher (0-level) [1979 – 1984]

Head of English Department [1984 – 1990]

Principal [1990 – 1994]

He resigned from his services in June 1994 for better prospects abroad. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors.

Thanks,

Tom

(Some experience letters used as references for future employment go into considerable detail on responsibilities, skills and abilities, etc. ) To Whom It May Concern This is to certify that Mr.
