Correction Please! (Formal Letter)

Thanks for meeting with me today. I enjoyed our meeting very much and look forward to meeting you again. As you know, we are continuing in work with your company under the current contract and we believe in keeping you happy and providing you with medical services at a very competent price. we are here to assist you in getting the best medical care you need: by helping you travel to the respective hospitals, Air Evacuation, and other best medical services in Kurdistan Region and abroad. Furthermore, according to my meeting with our CEO regarding the purchase of the clinic in S1 location which set up for XXXXX company. EMS hereby approve the amount you requested which was 5500 USD in spite of the real price which is 7,000 USD because we want to keep in working together.

Again, it was great meeting you at S1 rig site, and I hope to see you again soon.
