correction of three short paragraphs

Hello all. I was talking to myself and unfortunately found myself in doubt. Wasn´t sure whether I should use present perfect simple or continuous in the following sentences? If both are possible would there be a nuance between the two tenses?

Thank you!

Thomas

I think it is time for a change. What do you think? We´ve worked with those Windows 7 for more than six years. We had better change it and get used to working with WIndows 10.

I am so bad at painting pictures. Especially today it is not my day. I´ve painted this picture all day but I will have to throw it away and start a new one.

I have used this controller for 10 years without any problem. Now it seems to me I´ve got to buy a new one!

I've painted this picture all day. It doesn't sound right. I've painted sounds like house painting to my ear. I'd say I've [worked / been working] on this painting all day.

I agree with CalifJim -- All of these are acceptable and roughly equivalent:

  2. We've been working with Windows 7 for more than six years.

  1. I've worked on this painting all day.
  2. I've been working on this painting all day.

  1. I've used this co

Thank you CJ and SoSaysSunny!

That´s great that both tenses are ok here!

Then, I don´t understand why present perfect sinmple is sometimes called "unnatural" (even by native speakers) - as I have noticed after searching for some examples. E.g. here on usingenglish.com:

I'm not sure if Piscean meant "It's unnatural". I find your sentences unnatural.
