Correction of the sentences

I prepared rules and regulations for an institute. kindly peruse it and correct it if there is any mistake.

Rules and regulations of the institute.

1. Grouping and speaking in a high voice at the reception is not allowed. ( I mean that assemble at the reception area and talk in a high volume or shouting each students)
2. Put your cell phone in silent mode while you are in the class room or training lab.
3. Drinking and eating inside the class is not permitted.
4. Going out during the class time is not allowed.
5. Students should reach at the institute at the prescribed time.
6. Teacher/ trainer is not responsible for loss of class or training due to the late attendance to the class.
7. All students should follow the rules and regulations declared by the institute.
8. Fees which once paid will not refund except(death or accident ) and the proof for the same should be convincible to institute’s governing body.
9. Violation of the rules or any misbehavior to the teachers or to the peers lead to termination.
10. All classes will be mixed class for both girls and boys.
11. If a student’s absence exceeds 25% of the total class time institute will not issue the course certificate to the concerned student.
12. If a candidate failed to complete the course in the particular time frame , he should pay 50% of the fees for the readmission of the same course.
13. Registration fees is R.O 10 charged from each student, and it should not be refunded.
14. If any course (s) canceled by the institute the paid fees will be refunded to the payee.
15. If the student do not pay the full amount of the fees those who will not permit to appear in the final examination.
16. If any student failed to pay the full amount of fees such students are not permitted to attend the class.
17. All course certificate will issue within 4- 6 weeks time after the completion of the course and attestation of the certificate by the ministry.
18. If any candidate failed to submit the required documents for the registration process in the prescribed time , the institute will not responsible for the delay or non availability of the certificate
19. All student should collect their course certificate within three months after the completion of the course, after that institute will not responsible for the loss or damage of the certificate. In such cases R.O 10 is charged for issue of new certificate.
20. Institute has the absolute right to make any alteration on the above said rules and regulations, and if there is any alteration made on that, it will be publish on the institute’s notice board.
21. If a student or on behalf of the student his guardian sign on the registration form will considered as he agreed the above said rules and regulations.
