Dear Sir,
I am so sorry that I am unable to return to work on January 02, 2017, as per my leave plan. I already explained my problem with  you. We are (me and my wife) expecting a baby very much. According to clinical diagnosis report my wife has infertility problem. so that's way she still unsuccessful to conceive a baby. But she still treating under most experienced Gynae doctor and the doctor Advised me we must live together until next fertile period. It's the last part of the doctor treatment stage.

So, secondly, I am requesting for a leave extension from 02 January 2017 to 20 January 2017 I do apologize for any inconvenience caused by my extended leave of absence.
