Subject: DISPLAY COMPANY ID CARDS
It has been noticed that some employees (Subordinate/Executives) do not wear/display their company ID Cards which is the matter of serious concern. It means that said officials are not following the system.
The company has provided ID Card to employees for the purpose to wear/display as it is the part of office discipline.
Also it has been noticed with serious concern that some staff members are involved in proxy attendance and coming late to the office. The practice causes the great inconvenience in official work and discipline.
You are hereby advised to warn the said staff to refrain from above said practices in future, otherwise a strict disciplinary action will be taken against.
