I should send the below email as a closure process for a project, please correct my sentence structure and conjuctions!!

Last week the product xxxx considered formally live and because of the importance of this milestone xyz had adapt a proactive approach to ensure the stability of the platform so they went through many audits and checkups to achieve the best results.
And to formally close this phase I would like to complete the following process:
1- Have the acceptance sign-off
2- Have all documentation
follow to this closure it will be great to continue as a one team and in the same consistency and harmony to make the next installtion record similiar success
Finally I would like to thank you all for your work and efforts to make this happened on time and within scope.
