Correction in sentences

Hi dear teachers,

(1).

- If I were you, I would never think of doing such a thing.
- If I were in your situation, I would never have thought of doing such a thing.

Teachers, Do 'If I were you' and 'If I were in your situation' above mean the same thing?

What's the difference between saying "I would never think..." and saying "I would never have thought of..."?

(2).
- If I were you, I would never do what you're doing.
- If I were you, I would have never done what you're doing.

Are both of the above sentences grammatically correct. In the second sentence, is it correct to say '...what you're doing'? Or Should I say something like '...what you were doing' or '...what you did'?

Thank you.
