CORRECTION

Suppose there are five members, and one of the members support the rest of them. What would be correct to say?


1) I am supporting a family of four. Or

2) I am supporting a family of five.

There is no rule about this, but my guess is that in most cases you leave out the person who is supporting the others. So it would be I am supporting a family of four . CJ
