The EMS team intends to mobilize the rig site on February 06, 2017 to prepare the clinic, so please arrange for us to get past the governmental checkpoints and security guards.

No real problems - as I don't know the details of 'mobilizing the rig site' I'll assume that means what you say. The only thing I may change is 'to be allowed past' rather than 'to get past' the checkpoints, but that's just me being picky.
