Dear XXXX

We made an excellent and cheap ambulance rental offer for you because it has been long time we are in connecting. The ambulance rental price is 8, 000 $ per month without driver but for you it will be 5, 000 $ per month with driver because we are in connecting before and we are the first medical company in your rig site. About the cabin price is 1, 100 $ per month for others but for you will be 6, 00 $ per month because you are supporting us as to be in contract with your company for a long time. Thirdly and finally according to your request to make an excellent discount for you, we approved that we will make 10% discount from doctor`s contract.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

"Connect" is not a good word to use.

We have been providing medical services to them for five years.

Dear XXXX

We offered you an excellent and cheap ambulance rental because it has been long time since you have done business with us (or.. because you have not done any business with us before.). The ambulance rental price is normally 8,000 $ per month without a driver but for you it will be 5,000$ per month with a driver. We want

The ambulance rental price is normally 8,000 $ per month without a driver but for you it will be 5,000$ per month with a driver. We want to be the first medical company to supply services at your rig site. The cabin price is regularly 1,100 $ per month but for you it will be 6, 00 $ per month.

Shouldn't it be $8,000 per month instead of 8,000 $?

It depends on the country's standards for denoting currency.
Also, periods and commas are used differently. In the US, a period indicates the separation between whole numbers and decimals. Commas are used for the thousands separators. In Europe, it is the opposite.
