correction

I am writing an email to doctor however i am not sure about the memail. would you please help me in correcting it

Dear Dr.

Thank you for your time and your advice. I contacted the Board of Pharmacy They told me I’m allowed to take the hours in multiple places. However, I will need to have pharmacist preceptors in each location.

I will take this chance to thank you for the book that you have borrowed me . It is very helpful and useful.
