Could you please help me correct my letter which I prepared for applying for Erasmus Exchange Programme?
Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is …………….. and I work at a School of Medicine as an ........... Instructor in Gaziantep, Turkey. My school, ……… University, is now in the process of setting up Erasmus Plus agreements and I am very interested in partnering with the English Language Teaching Centre at your university to observe, learn about and perhaps even contribute to the programs offered there. We would very much appreciate the chance to work with you to develop an Erasmus Exchange program that would be as beneficial to your school as it would be to the institution I work for. I wonder whether it is possible for such an interinstitutional agreement to be made between our two institutions? Agreement form is attached. Please feel free to contact and let me know whether I can provide more information about anything that you want to learn. I look forward to your response.
With Kind Regards,
