Correction?

Could somebody help me with correcting this sentence in Word document... it keeps underlines in green.. many thx!
'Assisted the youth project team in creating instructional environment to students.'

But I don't know what an "instructional environment" is, other than a nicely furnished classroom.

Thanks AlpheccaStars.. you are right, its the brief description under the title position 'Program Assistant' in my resume.. im trying to update it.. but still I can't use 'he' at the beginning of the sentence? Yes its a classroom setting
