Correction

i ve been working with this patient's almost a month i never had any problems with this PT and not even during the care giving.briefly a nurse told me a PT complainted to this sister about me, or during the care i eventually said this PT smell. and i never said something like that to the patient. that day the PT went to the dinner room for lunch people from DR called the nurse said this PT smell. and the nurse told me i said that couldn't be because i the one who watched this PT every morning, and the nurse said to me maybe the clothe pt wear is smell; i said putted a clean cloth on the pt or maybe pt change the cloth and other one on. when the pt came from the dr it's didn't had the clothe i putted on
