Correction

I heard people saying girls 'smart' on their looks.Is it correct to use the word for girls.

If you mean that someone is dressed nicely -- say, in a suit -- you can say "She looked smart" or "that's a smart suit!"

Hi unprlld. If you're replying to me, I'm sorry, I failed to decipher your original question, thinking it was more complicated than it actually was. I agree with the other posters. It's fine to say a girl looks "smart" if you mean well-dressed, neat and tidy, that kind of thing.
