Correction

Dear members,

Would it be considered correct if I write as followed:

"They are the victims of inferiority complex."

There are a couple of problems here. One is agreement, the other is the owner(s) of the complex. "They are victims of their own inferiority complexes" = each has the complex, each is affected by it.

"They are victims of an inferiority complex" = someone has the complex, they are all affected by it.
