Appeal To Extend The Payment Due Date As Specified In The Letter Dated May 10th

As mentioned above, I would like to request SH Group to extend the payment due date (June 16, 2007) as the bank, AAA, from which the loan is financed will not be able to disburse the payment prior to the date. According to the loan lawyer, Ms. Roberts at K & M, the bank will require another 30 days to complete processing the necessary documents before any payment can be made out.

I also realize that the invoice date, which is Apr 18th, is not the date of the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA), which is May 10th, from which I think the due date calculated as 60 days should be based on. With the SPA date, the new due date should be July 10th.

I would greatly appreciate if you could extend the due date by 30 days or change the invoice date to the SPA date.
