Correcting the run on sentence

As a leader on the floor with 16 years’ experience, I have driven results by increasing peers confidence and performance through engaging and authentic training and coaching by staying flexible to ever changing business needs without losing sight of the need for maintaining responsible growth and meeting SLA’s.
