Correcting Resume

Hello dear all.

I am planning to immigrate to Australia and before moving there I just wanted to start writing my resume.
Would you be kind and comment on the " Summary" part of it which is related to giving information about myself.
Would be glad if you have some comments on " every aspect" which comes to my mind. I want to be flawless in this case. Thanks in advance.
