Correcting grammar and spelling
Hallo everybody.
I am going to hand over a delivery to my english teacher tomorrow morning.
I were wondering if any of you would read the text in italics, and tell me if there are any grammar and/or spelling mistakes. And if your are real generous - give me a proposal of what i could write instead - and repost it underneath this post.
By the way - my mother language is Danish.
Here it goes:
Dear National Riffle Association
Thank you very much for your enquiry with reference to establishing gun clubs in the schools in . We – Youth for Safety – would like to underline our neutrality, when it comes to the question about possessions of firearms. We find that our neutral stance make us unable to participate in your gun-clubs-program. Therefore we are sad to inform you that we would like to refuse your offer.
Our task, as an organisation, is to give impartially information about the legislation about firearms and firearms in general. After the schools shootings on in 1999 and in in 2002, we find it very important that somebody tries to solve the problems – in an even-handed way. Therefore we are arranging meetings and conferences on schools around the country.
Even though we rejected the offer that you gave us about helping establishing gun clubs, we find it very important that you are willing to collaborate with Youth for Safety in the future.
We would like to use this opportunity to come up with some other activities that National Riffle Association and Youth for Safety could collaborate on in the future.
We are arranging a big tour to a great number of High Schools around the country in the coming months, where we want to bring the whole school shooting theme into focus.
We would like you, NRA, to participate as an active part on this tour. You are going to collaborate with organisations such as Americans for Gun Safety and Coalition to Stop Gun Violence. We know that your attitude towards possession of firearms is not the same as Americans for Gun Safety and Coalition to Stop Grun Violence – but we know that you all are working for a safetier and more secure USA.
We hope that you can see the great benefits of these activites, and we are look forward hearing from you.

My preference would be, “decline your offer”, rather than “refuse” which is a bit brusque
