Correcting Grammar

Hi everyone,Can someone correct my grammar here. Does the sentence make sense and understandable. Thank you.Mr. Davis emphasized that the quantity of supplies that the Workplace Janitorial, Inc. were obligated to deliver monthly is based on the quantities stated in the Terms of Reference (TOR)  not on the request report submitted by Ms. Morgan nor in the maximum amount of 5,000.

It's just trying:

Mr. Davis emphasized that the quantity of supplies that the Workplace Janitorial, Inc., was obligated to deliver monthly is applied based on the quantities that were stated in the Terms of Reference (TOR), not based on the request report which's submitted by Ms. Morgan nor based on the maximum amount of 5,000.

1- You wrote "were obligated" and I changed it to "was obligated" because I see that "was" turns back to the "Workplace" not "supplies".

2- There is fall-stop after "Inc." and I don't want to use a capital letter with "was", so, I added a comma and complete the sentence.

3- "is applied" I thought a lot of the best term to use after the word monthly, I thought of " is done", "is taken", but I chose " is applied" at the end.

4- I added "were" before "stated" although not to add it is correct too.

5- I added "which's" before "submitted".

5-I'm not sure of my understanding to your last sentence "nor in the maximum amount of 5,000." I modified it to "nor based on" ; I omitted "in", you need to make sure if this were what you meant.

Don't depend on my modifying, wait for the teachers' correction.
