3. Kyle and Josh wore their raincoats, they knew it was going to rain. You could either turn this into two separate sentences or add a word such as because:
- Kyle and Josh wore their raincoats because they knew it was going to rain.

4. The cubs scored only one run, although they won the game. Move the word although to the beginning of the sentence:
- Although the cubs scored only one run, they won the game.
5. He wrote done the instructions, because the patient needs to take the doctor's advice. Join the original two sentences with a comma (start with Because):

- Because the patient needs to take the doctor's advice, he wrote down the instructions.

6. My girlfriends does not like my shirt. She doesn't like any of my clothes. OK. I'd say you could also join these with a semi-colon.

7. Americans showed respect for their country, they flew their flags. With a comma, this is a run-on sentence. I would actually suggest changing the wording to this:
- Americans showed respect for their country by flying their flags.
8. Unless you do all of your assignments, you will not pass your math class. Add a comma after the word assignments.
