Correcting and rating for me, please

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: Rich countries should help poorer ones. Use specific examples and evidence to support your ideas.

Nowadays the world rolls fast on the circle of developing. Some countries are rich and also some countries are poor. The gulf between the rich and the poor is being widened. People in rich countries have higher standard of living than in the poor countries where even they do not have enough food for feeding. Therefore, it is general that poor countries need to be helped by the richer countries with some reasons like humanity and economy but compassion is not always the best choice.



With reasons of helping poor countries, humanity is mentioned firstly. This is like a person gives a hand to another people when they are in the deep problems, many countries often send considerable number of aid given gratis to the third country nationals. With those money, poor countries can jump out of famine, drought or inflation. In other hand, the richer countries want to control the poor ones through economy. Any products or money which they supply may be exchanged to the advantage in trade with the poor countries.



In reverse, every compassions is not always good for whom be received. As the mainly problem, in the poor countries, corruption often occurs in governments. The inefficient administrations lead to loss most of the aid money. Poor people usually get fifty percent of money or less than that which they deserve to receive. Otherwise, poor countries might depend on and are under management by richer nations. They will be changed to consumer market of products which are made by developing countries. Therefore, aid money is not always free.



To sum up, poor countries need to be helped but the aid should have no one way benefit. They should be helped to develop in independence. Charity organizations which in sometime these organizations are received the Nobel Peace Prize for their contribution are good for them.
