Correct/incorrect?

Please I need your help!!

Is this sentence "I don't want to continue whereas the working conditions be like these" correct or not?

My main doubt is with the form "be" cos I'm not sure if it is correct be or would be better "are". I guess the correct answer is "be" because it is in the subjuntivo mood, but I'm not sure about it. :/
