Correct way to list a professional signature

I am composing a seasonal card from the President of our University and his spouse

What is the correct format: Dr. and Mrs. Bob Smith

President of ABC University

President Bob and Mrs. Jane Smith

I think you have a problem. If the card is coming from him in his professional capacity, it would just be his name and title. If it's coming form him and and his wife in a social capacity, it doesn't need his title.
