Correct use of "you and I"

I'm having a debate at work over the proper use of "you and I" or "Mark and I". My coworker thinks "Mark and me" is the proper use.

Here is a sentence for an example:

Mark and I went down to the shore. (my version)

Mark and me went to the shore. (coworkers verison)

Which is correct?

Thank you

It is a sad, sad time when a native English speaker thinks 'Me went to the store' is acceptable. 'I' is the subject pronoun. 'Me' is the object pronoun.
