Correct use of the word 'yourself'

Hi everyone,

I sent an email to a colleague with the end line stating: "I believe that the missing fields are to be completed by yourself."

My colleague advised that he does not think that my grammar in this sentence is correct English.

Can anybody shed any light on this? I'm not sure!

Thanks a lot,

Sophie Emotion: smile
